“We were here for 4 days and had a very nice time! The service from „Jose“ the receptionist was amazing. He showed us everything what we can do in Valencia for this quick trip. “I loved the stay in this hotel - in the centre of Valencia with amazing view of the catedral and the sqare. In the beginning I was thought that it will be noisy, but we had a great relaxing stay in our rooms. Many thanks to Jose, who brings us coffee in the morning! I think, that Flats Friends Plaza de la reina is mu best choice ever! The only problem was with the bathroom, but that didn`t made our stay bad at all - we had to wait a little bit longer while the water flows, until it get hot for shower.”

“Nice clean and comfortable apartment. Not sure if it really qualifies as either a hostel or a hotel and variously described as either. Location is great in the historic centre but they've destroyed the ambience of the Plaza by removing the trees an shrubs to modernise the area. It's a big open walk through now with steel poles and canvas covers obscuring views of the beautiful buildings. Room service brilliant and breakfast although not huge is a welcome bonus. Juliet balcony to watch the world go by but noisy from early to late”

“Was delighted when i first saw my location - it was beautiful and so central. The building was a lovely old building and the instructions to let myself in were easy. The room was huge, with plenty of windows looking out into the square and beautifully decorated. The whole floor for the apartments was spotless, the staff were so friendly and helpful. Website stated no cleaning or meals so it was a very pleasant bonus to find there was daily cleaning AND a complementary daily morning tray brought to the room with coffee, orange juice and Valencia cake - i cannot recommend this accommodation highly enough”
